Environmental Management & Statutory Compliance Services
We assist industries in meeting statutory compliance requirements under various environmental laws and
guidelines.
From conducting detailed environmental audits to preparing statutory reports and returns, our expert team
ensures your organization remains fully compliant with CPCB, SPCB, and MOEF regulations.
This not only avoids legal penalties but also improves environmental performance and sustainability practices.
Audits & Assessments
-
Environmental Audit – A systematic and documented process to assess the environmental performance
of your facility.
It covers air, water, waste, and energy management practices, evaluates compliance with
CPCB/SPCB guidelines,
and identifies potential environmental risks. Provides a roadmap for achieving sustainability
targets and reducing liabilities.
-
Hazardous Waste Audit – Focused on identifying, quantifying, and evaluating hazardous waste
generation sources.
Includes proper storage, labeling, transport, treatment, and disposal practices in compliance with
the Hazardous & Other Waste (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
Ensures safe handling, minimizes environmental damage, and helps industries maintain cradle-to-grave
accountability.
-
Water Audit – A complete assessment of water intake, consumption, recycling, and discharge
across all industrial processes.
Identifies opportunities for water conservation, rainwater harvesting, reuse/recycling, and
compliance with zero liquid discharge (ZLD) norms.
Helps industries save on costs, reduce dependency on freshwater sources, and improve long-term water
sustainability.
-
Energy Audit – A detailed study of power consumption patterns, process efficiency, and energy
losses.
Evaluates the performance of motors, compressors, boilers, lighting systems, and HVAC units.
Suggests energy conservation measures (ECMs) such as retrofitting, automation, renewable energy
adoption, and load optimization.
Leads to cost savings, reduced carbon footprint, and improved operational efficiency.
Compliance Documentation
- Six Monthly Compliance Reports – Regular reporting to SPCB/MOEF on the status of environmental
clearance conditions.
- Environment Statement Report (Form V) – Annual reporting of environmental performance,
energy/water conservation, and pollution control measures under the EPA 1986.
- Annual Hazardous Waste Returns (Form 4) – Submission of yearly details on hazardous waste
generation, storage, treatment, and disposal.
- Hazardous Waste Manifest (Form 10) – Documentation required for safe transportation of hazardous
waste, ensuring tracking from source to disposal site.
- Annual E-Waste Returns (Form 3) – Filing reports on e-waste generated, collected, stored, and
recycled/disposed as per E-Waste Rules, 2016.
- Biomedical Waste Returns (Form 4) – Annual reporting of biomedical waste handling, treatment, and
disposal for healthcare facilities as per BMW Rules, 2016.
- Battery Waste Returns – Reporting of used lead-acid battery collection, recycling, and disposal
in compliance with Battery Waste Management Rules, 2020.
