Air & Noise Monitoring

  • Ambient Air Quality Monitoring: Comprehensive monitoring of outdoor air pollutants such as PM2.5, PM10, SO₂, NOx, CO, O₃, NH₃, Pb, Benzene, and Benzo(a)Pyrene. Sampling and analysis are carried out using gravimetric, electrochemical, and spectrophotometric techniques as per CPCB / NAAQS guidelines. Reports are provided for regulatory compliance, environmental impact assessments (EIA), and health risk analysis.
  • Stack Emission Monitoring: Source emission monitoring from boilers, furnaces, kilns, and chimneys to measure parameters such as SPM, PM, SO₂, NOx, and CO. Testing is performed as per EPA / IS 11255 / CPCB methods using isokinetic sampling and flue gas analyzers to evaluate combustion efficiency and ensure consent compliance with State PCB norms.
  • Indoor Air Quality Monitoring (IAQ): Assessment of pollutants in enclosed environments such as offices, factories, and residential complexes. Parameters include CO₂, VOCs, formaldehyde, humidity, temperature, and microbial contaminants. Data is benchmarked against ASHRAE / OSHA / BIS standards to identify risks related to worker productivity, occupant comfort, and long-term health.
  • Ambient Noise Monitoring: Day and night-time monitoring in Industrial, Residential, Commercial, and Silent Zones as defined by the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000. Using precision sound level meters and data logging, noise levels are mapped to assess regulatory compliance and community disturbance impacts.
  • DG Set Noise Monitoring: Measurement of noise levels generated by Diesel Generator sets under loaded and unloaded conditions. Testing is conducted as per CPCB Norms (Notification GSR 371(E)) for both daytime and nighttime operations to ensure compliance with permissible limits and workplace safety requirements.
  • Occupational Noise Monitoring: Detailed noise exposure assessments at shop floors, heavy machinery areas, and workstations using dosimeters and octave band analyzers. Reports include noise dose calculations and comparison against OSHA, ISO 9612, and Factory Act limits to prevent hearing loss, fatigue, and stress in workers.

Noise Monitoring

ETP / STP Sludge Testing

  • ✔ Heavy Metal Analysis (Cd, Cr, Pb, Hg, As, etc.) Quantitative testing of toxic heavy metals like Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Mercury, and Arsenic in sludge samples. Ensures compliance with CPCB/BIS standards and determines the suitability of sludge for land application, disposal, or incineration.
  • ✔ Organic Matter & Nutrient Content (N, P, K) Determination of organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content in sludge. Useful for evaluating its potential use as a soil conditioner, fertilizer, or organic manure.
  • ✔ Moisture, Volatile Solids & Ash Content Measurement of moisture percentage, volatile organic matter, and fixed mineral residue (ash). Provides insight into the stability, biodegradability, and calorific value of sludge for treatment or energy recovery.
  • ✔ Toxicity Characteristics Leaching Procedure (TCLP) Standardized leaching test to check if toxic substances (heavy metals, organics, etc.) can leach from sludge into groundwater. Essential for assessing sludge’s hazardous waste classification, safe disposal, and landfill acceptance.
